Custom Felts

Brand Felt has the ability to manufacture and engineer custom made felt to a customer’s specifications. We can manufacture specialty felt from a variety of fibre blends, including wool, polyester, rayon, polypropylene, meta-aramid, para-aramid, and other synthetic fibres. Custom felt can be produced by the traditional wet felting process or through a needle punching process. The thickness and density of the felt can be matched to the exact customer specifications, and treatments such as water repellency, anti-mildew, moth proofing, and other fibre treatments are available upon request. Brand Felt can also custom dye felt to match our customers specific colour requirements, as well as produce special coloured natural wool felt using different blends and shades of natural brown, grey, black, white, and other natural coloured wool.
